- The lawn is one of the most important items in increasing curb appeal. The lawn needs to be plush and green. Replace dead grass with fresh sod, make sure that the lawn is well-fertilized to give it the rich deep green healthy look, also, have it edged to keep it from overgrowing onto sidewalks and curbs.
- Pressure wash driveways and sidewalks to remove any stains and mold that has been building up.
- Clean out the flower beds of any debris and install plastic or concrete edging to keep grass out and give the flower beds a well-manicured look. Also, replace the old mulch with fresh mulch or rocks, stones that complement the colors of the home.
- Replace any of the dead plants and bushes with new ones. With the bushes that are in good condition trim them to give them a look that shows they are well maintained and well-manicured. Install plant with bright colors like red, yellow, orange, or purple.
