Home sales continue to be strong where there have been 158 homes sold already this year compared to only 78 homes sold in the same time frame as last year. Out of 158 Orange Park FL homes that sold 43.6% of them were distressed properties either being short-sale or foreclosed homes.

I placed the home on the market on March 7, 2011, for $105,000.  On November 15, 2011, we negotiated a deal at $95,000.

On April 5, 2011, the home had to be withdrawn due to finding out there was an issue with the title that needed to be resolved. The property was put back on the market after the title was corrected and received an offer the very next day.  We negotiated a deal at $39,900 and closed 59 days later.

The Clay County Fair will be taking place at the Clay County Fairgrounds in Green Cove Springs FL. The fair will be running from March 29 – April 7, 2012.
